The Vacancy
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Tenant Voice & Engagement Administrator who will support Oceans approach to fostering a positive and inclusive community through tenant engagement.
The role is part time covering 18.5 hours per week with a pro-rated salary of £11,714.50 per annum (FTE £23,492).
The Tenant Voice & Engagement Administrator is responsible for organising tenant meetings, delivering engagement programmes and coordinating community projects. They will support complaint resolution and the execution of satisfaction surveys ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will hold GCSE or equivalent Level 2 qualifications A-C in English and Maths.
You will have administration experience including the production of accurate written correspondence and data entry and of using IT and computerised databases.
You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, a commitment to engaging positively with diverse groups of people, minute taking and have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
You will be passionate about delivering and cultivating excellent customer service, work effectively as part of a team and have excellent organisational skills and work in a methodical manner.
